Parish Councils Seek Urgent Clarity on Unauthorised Development on Moreton Road, Moreton Morrell

This is to let villagers know that Moreton Morrell and Newbold Pacey & Ashorne Parish Councils have asked Stratford-on-Avon District Council to urgently clarify the planning status of a site off Moreton Road, between Moreton Morrell and Newbold Pacey.

The district council's enforcement team has confirmed that it is investigating the reported destruction of woodland, unauthorised development and access onto Moreton Road.

Any decision or action by Stratford-on-Avon District Council will be based on the evidence, the relevant planning framework and proper legal procedures. The police have also been informed.
